AI content engine
How 12 Stones Growth runs a full Pinterest content engine without touching it
A digital education brand needed a constant supply of on-brand content to grow on Pinterest. We built an AI engine that researches competitors, decides what to make, creates it, checks it and publishes it — and rebalances its own strategy.
- 0manual steps from research to publish
- 24/7content production
- 5content pillars balanced automatically

About the client
12 Stones Growth is a digital education brand run by Lee Hinton, helping burned-out professionals, parents and 9-to-5 workers build automated online income.
Pinterest is the primary organic traffic channel — evergreen and high-volume, where consistent on-brand content directly drives leads and sales. Producing it by hand at the volume Pinterest rewards was no longer sustainable.
The challenge
- Hours every week on research, writing and design
- No view of what competitors were posting
- No feedback on which content performed
- Output limited by time
Growing on Pinterest requires a constant supply of fresh visuals, keyword-optimized captions, strategic hooks and the right mix of educational, lifestyle and proof-based content.
Doing it manually meant hours every week. There was no competitive intelligence, no feedback loop on which content pillars performed and no way to scale output without scaling time.

Step by step
What we built, in order.
Shipped in 4 weeks, with weekly demos on real data along the way.
- 01
Research every week
Competitor boards are scraped weekly; trending formats and engagement signals feed an AI strategy engine.
- 02
Decide what to make
The strategy engine chooses the next topic, pillar, hook type and keywords.
- 03
Create on brand
An AI copywriter writes the caption, call to action and hashtags while an image model creates the pin.
- 04
Check before publishing
A quality validator checks brand compliance and readability; approved pins publish automatically.
- 05
Learn and rebalance
Pillar performance feeds back into generation weights, so underperforming content types are de-prioritized automatically.
Results
What changed.
