The clock is shorter now
Since HB 837 (opens in a new tab) (March 24, 2023), most Florida negligence claims have two years, not four. An inquiry that waits until Monday is a week closer to the deadline — and usually already talking to another firm.
Florida · Personal injury
We build AI intake systems and AI receptionists for Florida PI firms that answer every call, web chat and Instagram, Facebook or TikTok message in seconds — day, night and weekends, in English or Spanish. The AI collects the facts your attorneys need, screens against your criteria and books the consult. Your team decides which cases to take.

Why Florida is different
Since HB 837 (opens in a new tab) (March 24, 2023), most Florida negligence claims have two years, not four. An inquiry that waits until Monday is a week closer to the deadline — and usually already talking to another firm.
Florida moved to modified comparative negligence: a claimant found more than 50% at fault generally recovers nothing. Your attorneys need the liability facts early, captured the same way every time.
About one in three Floridians speaks a language other than English at home, and roughly 73% of them speak Spanish (2024 ACS via USAFacts (opens in a new tab)). If nobody answers in Spanish at 9 p.m., that case goes elsewhere.
Accident victims message the firm they saw on Instagram or TikTok, often within hours. Messages that sit in an unwatched inbox, and missed calls with no text-back, are cases you paid to generate and never got.
What we build
Built around your intake criteria and connected to the tools you already use. Designed, built and run by our team.
One agent across phone, website chat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and WhatsApp, running the same intake logic on every channel.
Answers on the first ring, separates new cases from existing clients and vendors, and warm-transfers urgent matters to your intake team with a briefing.
Detects the caller’s language and runs the whole intake in it, then writes the summary for your attorneys in English with the original transcript attached.
Incident date, location and county, injuries and treatment, fault facts, insurance details and prior representation — flagged against the criteria your attorneys set, including dates close to the limitation window.
Books qualified callers straight into attorney or intake calendars, confirms by text and sends reminders so fewer consults no-show.
Writes one clean, de-duplicated intake record into Litify, Filevine, Clio, CASEpeer, Salesforce or your CRM through its API, with an alert to the right person.
Every missed or abandoned call gets an immediate text that restarts the intake by message, so nobody slips through.
Asks for photos, the crash report number and insurance cards by text, and files them against the right lead automatically.
Real-time alerts when a strong case comes in, and a weekly report: inquiries by channel, qualified rate, consults booked and signed cases by source.
Florida Bar guidance
How each build handles the points Florida firms ask about first. This is how we build, not legal advice. Your firm confirms its own obligations with The Florida Bar and counsel.
Florida Bar Ethics Opinion 24-1 (opens in a new tab) (January 2024) says prospective clients should be told they are communicating with an AI program. Every conversation opens with that disclosure.
The agent collects facts only. Questions about case value, fault or “do I have a case?” go to an attorney, with a callback booked.
One of the first questions is whether the person already has a lawyer, as the opinion suggests, so the firm can handle it correctly.
Florida requires the consent of all parties to record a call (Fla. Stat. § 934.03 (opens in a new tab)), so the voice agent gives a recording notice at the top of every call.
Rule 4-7.18 (opens in a new tab) prohibits telephone solicitation of prospective clients. Our agents answer people who contacted your firm. They never cold-call accident victims.
Transcripts and intake data live in your systems, with access controls and retention you set. Client conversations are not used to train public models. You own the code, prompts and data.
How it works
The AI never takes a live call until your attorneys have reviewed it on real inquiries.
Week 1
We sit with your intake lead and an attorney, write down your real criteria and listen to recorded calls.
Week 2
The agent is built on your criteria and tested on realistic Florida scenarios in English and Spanish.
Week 3
It runs alongside your team on real inquiries. Your attorneys review transcripts and we tune it weekly.
Week 4
It takes live calls and messages, starting with nights and weekends if you prefer, with alerts and weekly reporting.
Proof
A Florida personal injury firm had the demand but not the system to meet it. We built an AI intake operation that answers every call and DM, day or night, qualifies against the firm’s criteria and hands attorneys only the cases worth their time.
A multi-channel AI intake system across phone, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok that qualifies every inquiry and books consults — with no attorney time spent until a case is worth it.

Ask us on a callThe Florida Bar’s Ethics Opinion 24-1 (January 2024) allows lawyers to use generative AI, with conditions: protect confidentiality, supervise it, and make sure an intake chatbot tells people it is an AI, sticks to facts and gives no legal advice. It is an advisory opinion, so confirm specifics with The Florida Bar Ethics Hotline and your own counsel.
Yes. It detects the caller’s language and runs the full intake in English or Spanish, then gives your attorneys an English summary with the original transcript attached.
We connect to case management systems and CRMs through their APIs, including Litify, Filevine, Clio and Salesforce-based setups. Each intake becomes one de-duplicated record with the summary, transcript and evidence attached.
No. It gathers facts and flags each inquiry against the criteria your attorneys set. Accepting a case, discussing value and signing the client stay with your attorneys and intake team.
No. Our agents are inbound only: they answer people who called, messaged or filled in a form with your firm, and follow up only with those people. They never cold-call accident victims.
Typically two to four weeks: one week mapping your intake, one week building and testing, then shadow mode on real inquiries before it goes live.
Fixed-price build sprints start at $4,500 for one system. Firms that want us to run, monitor and keep improving it can choose an ongoing AI partner plan. You get a fixed quote after a 30-minute call.
