From the founder
Most companies are not behind on AI. They are behind on deciding where it goes.
I want to give you 45 minutes of our engineering time, for nothing, and explain why that is a reasonable thing to offer.
Every week we speak to a company that knows AI should be doing something in their business and cannot say what. There is a chatbot somebody trialled last year. Someone in ops has a Zapier board. A board member keeps asking about agents. None of it connects, none of it is measured, and nobody owns it.
That is not a technology problem. Nobody has sat down and mapped which layer of the business AI should touch first, what it would cost to build, and what it would return.
That map is what I am offering to build with you.

Here is the whole of it. We spend 45 minutes together. You walk us through how work actually moves through your company, not how the org chart says it moves. We map it live. Then we mark the places where an agent, a retrieval system, a voice layer or plain automation would earn its keep, and rank them by return against build effort.
Within two days you get the write-up: the map, the ranking, an architecture sketch for the top three, and a note on what to build first and what to leave alone. Yours to keep whether you hire us or not. Take it and build it internally if you like. That is a fine outcome, and still cheaper for us than running ads.
We will also tell you what not to build. Some processes are not worth a system yet, and some AI ideas cost more to run than the work they replace. Saying so on a first call loses us projects. I would rather lose the project than ship you something that never pays for itself.

Two things worth knowing:
- You will be talking to the engineers who would build it, not a salesperson working from a script.
- There is no deck. If you want to see architecture, we will draw it on the call.
We run a small number of these a month, so there is a short form below rather than an open calendar. Six questions, about a minute. It means we arrive already understanding your business instead of spending the first fifteen minutes on discovery.

P.S. If you already know which process you want fixed, put it in the last box and we will arrive with it mapped. The form is here.
